Dr. Johnson will start by discussing your smile goals and reviewing your dental history. He’ll take a 3D image of your mouth using the iTero scanner. This will create your treatment plan, which is then sent to the Invisalign laboratory to have your custom aligners made.
You’ll return to our office when the trays are ready. Dr. Johnson will ensure they fit perfectly and give you thorough instructions on how to take care of them.
Wear the aligners for at least 20 hours a day and swap to a new set every one to two weeks. You should maintain an excellent oral health routine and visit us for regular checkups. Dr. Johnson will make sure you’re satisfied with your results before completing treatment.
