‘‘I spent most of my youth in British Columbia before moving to Manitoba where I completed my post-secondary education at the University of Manitoba. I first graduated in 2012 and became a registered dental hygienist.
As I gained more knowledge on dental and oral health, I eventually wanted to take an extra step. I went on to graduate in 2017 as a DMD. I then moved to Saskatchewan soon after, and we are very excited and happy to now call Lethbridge, Alberta our home!
Dentistry for me is something I love to do and am very passionate about. I love getting to know patients and their families. I love to spend time with my family, and I love to cook and bake.
‘‘Dr. Whitehead earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centred dental care. He values getting to know his patients, listening to their concerns and helping them understand their treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their oral health.
He appreciates the variety of general dentistry and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients and their families.
Outside the office, Dr. Whitehead enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors. Whether camping, hiking, fishing or exploring somewhere new, he is happiest when he can get outside and enjoy a change of scenery.”

Office Manager
Prescilla joined Signature Dentistry in 2025 as the Office Manager. She completed her dental assisting education at KDM Dental College in Edmonton in 2016 and has a decade of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. She later studied Business Administration–Management at Lethbridge Polytechnic.
Combining her clinical background with her business education, Prescilla brings a strong understanding of patient care, team support and practice operations to her role. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for patients, supporting the dental team and helping the office operate efficiently.
Outside the office, Prescilla enjoys yoga, hiking, camping and spending time with her family and two snuggly mastiffs, Butch and Ozzy.

Registered Dental Assistant
I graduated from the RDA program at College of the Rockies in 2017. I started my journey at Signature Dentistry in 2019, and it has been amazing. Dr. Johnson is a very skilled dentist, along with his whole team. When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors with my family and eating delicious food.

Aaron graduated from dental hygiene in 2006 and has been a valued member of the Signature Dentistry team ever since. Dr. Johnson’s commitment to quality dentistry, together with the practice’s wonderful patients and friendly team, makes coming to work something he genuinely looks forward to each day.
Outside the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. Together, they enjoy playing games, spending time outdoors and making the most of their time together as a family

I moved to Lethbridge from the East Coast in 1988 and began working for Dr. Robert Kinniburgh, now known as Signature Dentistry. Dr. Ryan Johnson purchased the practice in 2009 and I am very grateful to maintain my position and have the opportunity to work for these dentists in Lethbridge. I take pleasure in my job as a Dental Hygienist in particular, our wonderful patients and friendly staff. I have been married for 22 years and have three children. I love to spend time with my family and enjoy reading.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally a farm girl from Saskatchewan, I love living, working, and raising my family in Southern Alberta. I graduated from SIAST in Regina in 1995. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Kinniburgh in 2002 for five years. Later, I took time off to stay at home for a couple of years with my two young daughters. I love my profession and I am happy to return under the guidance and vision of Dr. Johnson. In my spare time, I like to volunteer in my community and Church, play volleyball, go for walks (and a little run), play with my kids, read, and have coffee with my friends. I now also get to drive my girls to soccer and dance!

Registered Dental Assistant
I grew up in southern Alberta and studied at Holland College in PEI. Then, I moved back to Lethbridge to pursue a career as an assistant.

I grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan and moved to Calgary to complete my schooling at SAIT. Afterward, I moved to Lethbridge to begin my career as an RDA.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tara has lived in Lethbridge for most of her life, apart from two years spent in Texas while pursuing her dental hygiene education. She enjoys helping patients understand the importance of good oral health and the role it plays in their overall well-being. She looks forward to continuing to grow within the dental hygiene profession.
Outside the office, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, especially in her new role as a grandma. She also enjoys walking, listening to music and playing pickleball.
Financial/Treatment Coordinator
Kathryn graduated from KDM Dental College as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2011 and has more than 16 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed and confident in their care.
In her role as Treatment Coordinator at Signature Dentistry, Kathryn enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and navigate the financial aspects of their dental care.
Outside the office, Kathryn loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Lou.
